One of Nigella's recipes and a really nice and easy snack.
1 block good quality haloumi (sliced)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 finely chopped chilli (seeds & membranes removed)
1 lime
Fry the haloumi in a dry frying pan or on the braai until golden on both sides
Stir the chilli into the olive oil and sprinkle over the cheese
squeeze the lime juice on top
serve hot
